Growing up in Cincinnati, I was practically raised in camera stores, starting out shooting with disposable cameras before I could even reach the counter. That early exposure eventually merged with my love for skateboarding, where I found my true place behind the camera capturing my friends. From there it progressed to taking pictures of wildlife, landscapes and weddings.
For me, photography isn't about staged perfection; it’s about the medium itself and the unique way a camera brings people together. There is something incredibly rewarding about seeing a person’s face light up when they see a great photo of themselves, knowing I’ve captured a chapter of their life they can look back on forever.
